AT&T – Contractor – VoLTE/Incubation Wireless Engineer (Atlanta, GA) August 2012-Present.

 

·   Provide end to end trouble shooting support for Incubation LTE and VoLTE issues.

 

·   Provide end to end support for FFA/Integration for pre-launch VoLTE and LTE by pulling traces and providing analysis on the S1U, S1MME, and IMS traces using ISA (Iris Session Analyzer) and IPA (Iris Protocol Analyzer) tool.  I also provided Access7 and Geoprobe traces and analysis. 

·   Provide troubleshooting expertise on Voice over LTE, SMS, MMS, and Data sessions.
